ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Agent Aspirant for Jeff Gannon State Farm Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. If you have an entrepreneur mindset and desire to own your own business come learn from one of the top preforming State Farm agencies in Tennessee. The goal of our State Farm aspirant program is to prepare the chosen candidate to open their own agency and is designed to be mutually beneficial for both the candidate and the agency. The opportunity is a minimum of 18-month commitment from the candidate with typical placement opportunities within the 18–60-month time frame. The chosen candidate will be placed in a competitive environment amongst other Aspirant team members to give the individual the best opportunity to prepare for a successful agency of their own. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build lasting relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs, including auto, home, life, and health policies.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to agency growth.
  • Participate in professional development and leadership training.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life and Health (prior to start date)
  • 18-month commitment prior to interviewing for a State Farm Agency
  • Requirement to obtain SIE, Series 6, 63, & 65 securities licenses during first two years

Compensación $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
